Mobile Concrete Batching
Projects in remote locations such as road building would save considerable time and cost with a mobile concrete weighing and batching station. The Elvira CCS-3021 plant is constructed in three standard container-size modules (20-40 ft) thereby enabling it to be loaded directly onto trucks with little hassle and just one day's set-up time.
The plant complies with Class A / Class 1 standard and is ideal for road, bridge and airport construction in remote areas as well as constructing foundations for wind power turbines.
The Elvira Systems can be equipped with both heating and cooling systems, adapting it to both arctic and tropical climates. Units can also be equipped with an enlarged silo (280 m3) and equipment for handling of basalt fibers.
The fully automated batching plant weighs aggregate (sand, gravel) according to whatever recipe is selected and handles additives in concentrated form, making the handling simpler and safer. Its silent compressor makes for a less noisy work environment and the computerized mixing system can be controlled remotely.
If so desired, the control system can be equipped with a GPS-system for surveillance of concrete trucks.
